1. Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The item was not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty/personal care products unless they are defective or damaged.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, wrong, or defective item).


4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please email us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence and a description of the issue.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
